A temporary project manager should know the organization he is supposed to manage a project for quite well. He should know internal procedures and the culture before getting started.

We provided manpower in project management for a leading manufacturer in transportation to enable high-priority projects to be delivered on-time. It proved to be crucial to send technical experts who are in addition "politial" project managers - managing multiple interfaces within and outside of the respective organization.

Automotive

How to implement joint project management-standards regardless of country´s frontiers, different local customer environments, local sites? We helped developing a methodology based on PMI´s standards taking into account above requirements without creating unnecessary complexity.

All project members have been given access to a project collaboration area via corporate intranet using a common standard in different languages with different characteristics but on a common ground.

Life-Science

We have introduced a common project culture across the group for an company within the pharma sector to be able to achieve long term strategic objectives.

Starting by taking an inventory of all projects related to the long term strategy, modernizing the existing methodology and implementing a state of the art IT-infrastructure using MS-SharePoint. We have been supporting the aligned roll-out in 4 sites in 4 countries.

Energy

We supported an international enterprise in energy adapting the internally used project management methodology to internationally recognized standards and took care of the respective roll-out into national subsidiaries.

Telecom

We are partner for an international telecom-provider already for over 10 years in all areas of project management education. Starting with internal training, coaching and mentoring we developed a complete curriculum and the respective carrier paths inside the organisation.
